A strategic plan to guide you through a safer, more efficient postpartum recovery. Whether it be day 1 or day 1000 of postpartum, this program is equipped with 6 video check points, email access to your own Corrective Exercise Specialist & personal feedback so you feel supported & strengthened every step of the way.

Customize your workout for your personal transformation journey

By joining the program, you have access to monthly check ins with Coach Joanie, our Perinatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. She will guide you through your transformation and be there to cheer you on as you go. You have the opportunity to ask questions via email or the private community board as you move, so you're informed, educated and empowered throughout your experience. And if you are ready to get a handle on your body for good, join either our Essential Foundations or Movement Mastery Program and you'll be given an assigned coach to be by your side, every step of the way! No one gets left behind around here. We are all on this journey together.

about Joanie

I've spent my entire life perfecting my movement mechanics as a professional dancer and trainer. I've always had a deep love (aka geekiness) for anatomy and how the body moves and get excited when I can teach someone else to understand their body and move it in the most efficient, pain free way possible. In other words I'm a total nerd...and will proudly turn you into one through this journey as well!
